Useless sent me the wrong size not happy

Love the scooter the only problem is the brakes sometimes stay on and my son can't ride it other than that it's awesome for the price

I ordered the large size. My head is 60 cm. It was way too big.

Product falsely advertised. Horrible, inconsiderate shop. Insisted that I bought a genuine segway product when this is not recognised by segway at all. Asked for a free return as compensation but blatantly refused. Will not buy from this store ever.
