The Fatboy Scrambler V3 Road Legal Electric Bike EN15194 is a rugged step-over electric bike designed for relaxed cruising, everyday riding and longer outdoor trips. It suits riders who want stable handling, dependable comfort and compliant road use across Australia, with pedal assist limited to 25 km/h under EN15194 certification.

This V3 generation refines the ride with an integrated FBX power system, fully adjustable suspension and upgraded braking performance built specifically for Fatboy geometry and weight. A high-capacity Samsung battery, improved ergonomics and practical inclusions such as a rear rack, passenger footpegs and colour LCD display support daily use while keeping the riding experience smooth and controlled.

  1. Agree that you are solely responsible and liable for any violation of laws, rules, regulations, and/or ordinances while riding the vehicle.

Agree that you are solely responsible and liable for any and all consequences, claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, penalties, legal fees and judgements of any kind, whether foreseeable or not and whether known or unknown, arising from your actions while riding any vehicle bought from iScoot.
  3. Acknowledge that you must wear an approved helmet meeting the relevant Australian standard at all times while riding, whether required by law or not.
  4. Acknowledge that accidents, personal injury, death and other harm can occur when operating a personal electric vehicle, including from falls, collisions, hidden obstacles, varying terrain and aggravation of existing health conditions.
  5. Acknowledge that you have been warned of these possibilities and assume all risk relating to operation of the vehicle. This provision constitutes a "risk warning" for the purposes of any applicable law and may operate to exclude or limit any rights you might otherwise have against iScoot.

I agree to the above terms of purchase and safety, and acknowledge my responsibilities under these terms.

I will have my vehicle serviced regularly, especially at 3, 6 and 12 months. Failure to follow a service plan may void supplier warranties.

I will familiarise myself with current state and territory laws regarding personal electric vehicles, and will not hold iScoot Australia responsible for any infringements or breaches of traffic and road laws.
