Purchases Made Before July 1, 2026 – Important Notice
iScoot is now owned and operated by Flux Motion Pty LTD as of July 1, 2026.
While we have acquired the iScoot brand and certain business assets, we did not acquire the former company’s legal entity. As a result, iScoot is not legally responsible for warranty claims, refunds, exchanges, store credits, gift cards, or other obligations relating to products purchased before July 1, 2026.
That said, we are committed to supporting legacy customers wherever we reasonably can.
If you purchased a product from the previous iScoot business, we may be able to assist with service support and spare parts, subject to brand support and parts availability.
- There is no warranty coverage for products purchased before July 1, 2026.
- Refunds are not available for historical purchases made under the previous ownership.
- Labour, freight, inspection, parts, and repair costs are payable by the customer.
- Some brands, models, or parts may no longer be supported.
- Proof of purchase from the previous iScoot entity is required before any support request can be assessed.

Warranty Quick Summary
- 12-Month Limited Warranty: All new products purchased from iScoot come with a 12-month limited warranty.
- Warranty Start Date: The warranty begins on the date the product is delivered.
- Online Store Only: iScoot operates as an online store only and does not offer walk-in warranty assessments or physical retail locations.
- Warranty Claims: All warranty claims must be submitted by email before any repair, service centre visit, or product return is arranged.
- Service Centre Network: iScoot has access to authorised service centres across Australia for assessment and repairs where required.
- Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal personal use.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover misuse, crashes, wear and tear, water damage, lack of maintenance, unauthorised repairs, modifications, commercial use, or damage caused by improper storage or handling.
- Shipping Costs:
- Within 30 days of delivery: iScoot may arrange and cover return shipping for eligible warranty claims.
- After 30 days from delivery: The customer is responsible for shipping or transport costs.
- Replacement Parts: Replacement parts are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Local Repair and Servicing Options
iScoot is an online-only store, but we work with authorised service providers and repair partners across Australia.
Depending on the issue, location, product type, and parts availability, iScoot may direct customers to an authorised service centre for assessment or repair.
Customers must contact iScoot by email before visiting or sending a product to any service centre.

Detailed Warranty Terms
What Does the Warranty Cover?
All new products purchased from iScoot come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal personal use.
If a defect covered by this Limited Warranty occurs, iScoot may repair the product, provide replacement parts, or arrange a like-for-like replacement in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer law.
When Does the Warranty Period Start?
The 12-month Limited Warranty starts from the date the product is delivered to the customer.
Who Can Claim?
- The warranty claim may only be made by the original purchaser.
- The product must have been purchased directly from iScoot.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- The product must not have been used commercially.
- The issue must not be caused by misuse, crash, water damage, or modification.
Is Every Part Covered?
No. Some parts are excluded or considered wear-and-tear items. Coverage applies only to manufacturing defects.

What Is Not Covered?
- Crashes, misuse, or accidents

Replacement Parts Coverage
Replacement parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period and do not reset the warranty.
Excluded Parts
- Tyres and tubes
- Brake components
- Hydraulic fluids
- Cosmetic parts (decals, grips, covers)
- Structural wear (rims, motors)
- General wear-and-tear items
Labour
Labour may be covered for valid warranty issues. If not covered, all associated costs are payable by the customer.
Servicing
Routine servicing is not covered and must be paid by the customer.
Products Not Purchased from iScoot
iScoot does not handle warranty claims for products purchased elsewhere. Customers must contact the original retailer.
Paid repair support may be available.

Assessment Process
iScoot may attempt remote troubleshooting first. If unresolved, the product may be sent to an authorised service centre.
Shipping Costs

Additional Information
- Warranty does not reset with replacements.
- Warranty is not transferable.
- Free/promotional items are not covered.
