Important Note on Change of Ownership
iScoot is now owned and operated by Flux Motion Pty Ltd - ABN: 47 687 891 354.
While we have acquired the iScoot brand and certain business assets, we did not acquire the former company's legal entity or its historical liabilities. This includes unredeemed gift cards, vouchers, store credits, promotional credits, or other credits issued before July 1st, 2026.
As a result, iScoot is not obligated to honour gift cards, vouchers, or store credits purchased or issued under the previous ownership.
That said, we are committed to supporting legacy customers wherever we reasonably can. If you have a gift card, voucher, or store credit issued before July 1st, 2026, please contact our Customer Support team by email and we will review the request on a case-by-case basis.

Please include a copy or screenshot of the gift card, voucher, or store credit, along with any proof of purchase or supporting information.
Issuing Gift Cards and Vouchers
iScoot may offer digital gift cards, vouchers, promotional credits, or store credits through our online store.
Gift cards are issued electronically and contain a unique code that can be used for eligible purchases on the iScoot website.
Gift cards, vouchers, promotional credits, and store credits:
- Are valid for eligible purchases from iScoot;
- Cannot be redeemed for cash;
- Cannot be exchanged for cash;
- Cannot be used outside the iScoot website unless expressly approved by iScoot;
- May be subject to additional terms depending on how they were issued.
Using Gift Cards and Vouchers
Gift cards and vouchers can be used toward eligible purchases on the iScoot website.
Unless otherwise stated, gift cards and vouchers may be used toward products available for purchase online.
Gift cards and vouchers cannot be used for:
- Third-party repair services;
- Labour fees;
- Service fees;
- Shipping fees, unless the checkout system allows it;
- Extended warranty products or protection plans, unless expressly stated;
- Any product or service excluded in the terms provided at the time of issue.
If the total order value exceeds the available gift card or voucher balance, the difference must be paid using another available payment method.
Multiple gift cards or vouchers may be used in a single transaction where the iScoot website checkout platform supports this.
Gift Card Expiry
Gift cards issued by iScoot under the current ownership are valid for 3 years from the date of issue, unless a longer expiry period is stated.
The expiry date or expiry period will be shown on the gift card or provided at the time of issue where applicable.
Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
Promotional Vouchers and Store Credit Expiry
Promotional vouchers, discount vouchers, goodwill credits, and store credits may have different expiry dates depending on how they were issued.
Where an expiry date applies, it will be provided at the time the voucher or credit is issued.
Promotional vouchers and goodwill credits may be subject to shorter validity periods where permitted by law.
Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable
Gift cards, vouchers, promotional credits, and store credits cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
iScoot does not provide refunds for unused balances, whether partially or fully redeemed, except where required by law.
Gift cards and vouchers cannot be exchanged for another gift card, voucher, cash refund, or alternative payment method.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
Please treat gift cards and vouchers like cash.
Lost, stolen, deleted, or misplaced gift cards or vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded unless iScoot is able to verify the original purchase, remaining balance, and ownership of the gift card or voucher.
iScoot is not responsible for unauthorised use, loss, theft, or disclosure of a gift card or voucher code once issued.
Promotional Vouchers
Promotional vouchers issued during sales, marketing campaigns, giveaways, or special offers may have specific terms and conditions.
These may include:
- Shorter expiry dates, where permitted by law;
- Minimum spend requirements;
- Product exclusions;
- Brand exclusions;
- Limits on combining vouchers with other offers;
- One-use-only conditions;
- Customer-specific eligibility requirements.
Promotional vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be refunded if unused.
Store Credit
Store credit may be issued by iScoot in certain circumstances, including returns, exchanges, goodwill gestures, price adjustment approvals, or customer support resolutions.
Unless otherwise stated, store credit:
- Can be used for future eligible purchases on the iScoot website;
- Cannot be redeemed for cash;
- Cannot be transferred unless approved by iScoot;
- Cannot be refunded once issued;
- May be subject to expiry or other conditions provided at the time of issue.
Store credit issued as part of a return, exchange, or goodwill gesture follows this policy unless otherwise specified in writing by iScoot.
Fraud, Misuse, or Errors
iScoot reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or refuse the use of any gift card, voucher, promotional credit, or store credit if we reasonably believe it has been obtained, used, or attempted to be used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in breach of this policy.
iScoot also reserves the right to correct any error relating to the issue, value, expiry, or use of a gift card, voucher, promotional credit, or store credit.
