Found a Lower Price?

At iScoot, we are committed to providing our customers with great value on e-scooters, e-bikes, and e-rides.

If you find the same product advertised at a lower price by another recognised Australian retailer, you can contact our Customer Support team by email before placing your order.

Eligibility

The iScoot Price Match Guarantee applies to eligible e-scooters, e-bikes, and e-rides available for purchase from iScoot.

To be eligible:

  • The product must be in stock and available to purchase from iScoot.
  • The product must also be in stock and available to purchase from the other retailer.
  • The lower price must be listed by a recognised Australian retailer.
  • The price must be listed in AUD.
  • The advertised price must include GST.
  • The product must be an exact match to the product sold by iScoot, including make, model, specifications, colour, and condition.
  • The product must be new and not second-hand, refurbished, ex-demo, damaged, or open-box.
  • The lower price must be publicly available and verifiable online at the time of the request.
  • The price match request must be made before the order is placed.

How to Claim a Price Match

To request a price match, email info@iscoot.com.au before purchasing.

Please include:

  • The iScoot product you are interested in purchasing;
  • The URL of the lower-priced product listing from the other Australian retailer;
  • The advertised price offered by the other retailer;
  • Any relevant screenshots, if available.

Our team will review the request and verify whether the product and advertised price meet the eligibility requirements.

If approved, iScoot will provide instructions on how to complete the purchase online at the matched price.

Exclusions

The iScoot Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Accessories;
  • Spare parts;
  • Stock liquidations;
  • Clearance products;
  • Closing down sales;
  • Marketplace products sold or shipped by third-party sellers;
  • Products listed by private sellers;
  • Second-hand, refurbished, ex-demo, damaged, or open-box products;
  • Prices affected by cashback offers, coupons, promo codes, member-only discounts, loyalty points, gift cards, rebates, or bundled offers;
  • Pricing errors or incorrectly listed products;
  • Products that are not currently available for immediate purchase;
  • Products from overseas retailers or websites that do not sell in AUD;
  • Items that have already been purchased from iScoot.

Processing a Price Match

Once iScoot has reviewed and approved a valid price match request, we will match the eligible lower price.

Approval is subject to verification and availability at the time of review.

iScoot reserves the right to refuse a price match request if the product, retailer, pricing, availability, or offer cannot be verified.

Additional Notes

  • iScoot reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Price Match Guarantee at any time without notice.
  • The Price Match Guarantee cannot be combined with other offers unless approved by iScoot.

Shop with Confidence Policy

At iScoot, we want customers to shop with peace of mind.

Our Shop with Confidence policy is designed to ensure customers receive great value when purchasing from iScoot.

Policy

If the price of an eligible item you purchased from iScoot drops on the iScoot website within 14 days of your purchase date, you may contact our Customer Support team to request a store credit for the difference.

Eligibility

The Shop with Confidence policy applies only if:

  • The product was purchased directly from iScoot;
  • The product price drops on the iScoot website within 14 days of the purchase date;
  • The product is the exact same make, model, colour, and specification;
  • The product is still available on the iScoot website;
  • The request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

This policy applies to eligible e-scooters, e-bikes, and e-rides.

Exclusions

The Shop with Confidence policy does not apply to:

  • Accessories;
  • Spare parts;
  • Shipping fees;
  • Service fees;
  • Labour fees;
  • Clearance items;
  • Stock liquidations;
  • Final sale items;
  • Pricing errors;
  • Products purchased using a special discount, coupon, or one-off promotional code;
  • Price drops from other retailers;
  • Products that are no longer available on the iScoot website.

Store Credits

If the request is approved, the price difference will be issued as store credit.

Store credits:

  • Can be used for future purchases from iScoot;
  • Are not redeemable for cash;
  • Are not refundable;
  • Cannot be transferred unless approved by iScoot;
  • Must be used in accordance with any terms provided at the time the credit is issued.

How to Request a Store Credit

To request a Shop with Confidence review, email info@iscoot.com.au and include:

  • Your order number;
  • The product purchased;
  • The purchase date;
  • The current lower iScoot website price;
  • A screenshot or link to the current iScoot product page.

Our team will review the request and confirm whether the product qualifies.

Additional Notes

  • The Shop with Confidence policy only applies to price drops on the iScoot website within 14 days of purchase.
  • It does not apply to competitor pricing after purchase.
  • iScoot reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this policy at any time without notice.
