- Bulky items and selected brands such as SurRon, Mukuta, Super73 and Talaria Electric Bikes do not qualify for free Shipping and will incur a shipping cost based on your location, you will be contacted after your order is placed with a quote.
- Free Shipping cost is covered up to $99 per order; if Shipping comes in greater than this you may be required to pay the difference. If this is the case, you will be automatically contacted by our logistics team with further details.
- Please note that not ALL areas are covered by our Standard Courier. In this rare occurrence, you will be notified with an alternative shipping option.

These Items are often end of line, discontinued or older models that are getting sold at cost or sometimes under cost. Due to the price being heavily reduced we need to charge a set shipping fee to cover freight. The set fee will cover ALL metro areas in QLD, NSW, VIC and SA. Additionally, in most cases it will cover Regional costs as well as WA, NT and Tasmania. However, if the flat fee doesn’t cover the total freight cost, you will be notified and given the option to cover the difference or receive a refund.

LOCAL PICK UP
iScoot offers a free* Click & Collect service for products that are in stock in your chosen store. Simply choose your product online, and you’ll see the option if your product is available for collection at your selected store.
Local Pick Up is available within a window of 24 to 48 hours. You will be notified via email and phone once your order is ready for collection. Applicable only if items are available from the chosen collection store. If not available and home-delivery is selected, the aforementioned delivery timeframes apply.
Click & Collect orders need to be signed for at the store or location nominated upon checkout for pick-up. Simply use the email copy on your phone as a proof of purchase together with your photo identification and the credit or debit card used to purchase. It is not possible to authorise another person to collect your parcel. You will require photo identification in order to sign for and collect the parcel together with the proof of purchase.
Please Note: Collection timeframes are subject to changes in circumstances. Excludes large items and physical gift cards. Some products do not qualify for Click & Collect.
