Folding Design

We love the folding design of the bike, making it easy to store and travel with. Unlike other folding bikes on the market, the Bender bike can shrink to half its size! We love how compact the bike is when folded, allowing you to fit it in your car, take it on public transport, and even store it around your home. We liked how easy it was to fold the bike, allowing us to collapse it in seconds without taking too much time out of our day.

Super Light

Compared to other electric bikes, the Bender is very light. We found the lightweight design made the bike super easy to lift, especially when folded. We also found it easy to steer and manoeuvre, so we could take the bike anywhere without worrying about struggling to push it. We think its lightweight design makes it an excellent option if you are new to the world of electric bikes and want a light and easy bike to handle.

Reflective Trim

Another feature that we loved is the reflective trim on the bike. This helps to increase your visibility, especially when riding the bike in poorly lit or dusky conditions, helping to keep you safe. Whether you are riding on public roads or down side streets and lanes, the reflective trim ensures that other road users will see you, helping reduce the chances of accidents.

The reflective trim is only on the tyres, which is a shame. It would have been nice to have more reflective trim on the bike or lights that would increase your visibility, especially when you are riding in the evenings.

All Terrain Tyres

One feature that we love is the all-terrain tyres on the bike. The large wheels are perfect for heading on bumpy or uneven roads, like mountain paths, making it perfect for adventurous riders.

We liked the superior grip the tyres offered, reassuring us that we would be safe when riding on any terrain. We found the tyres were very durable, too, so we didn't need to worry about punctures slowing our day down.

Removable Battery

Unlike other electric bikes on the market, the Area 51 has a removable battery. You can easily remove the battery, allowing you to use the bike as a manual bike if you wish. We liked how light the battery was, not adding too much weight to the bike and making it too heavy to use.

You can also add another battery to the bike, giving you an extended range and allowing you to ride for over 100 km without needing to recharge the battery.

Bluetooth

Another feature that we love is the Bluetooth integrated into the bike. It allows you to connect your phone to the bike. We liked this feature, allowing us to use our phone for directions and explore new areas without worrying about getting lost.
