This freestyle, steel framed bike has everything your older child needs to develop his BMX skills. The hand brakes operate alloy calliper brakes on the front wheel and alloy u brakes on the rear wheel for precise stopping. Axle pegs are on the front and rear wheels for maximum trick options. The padded saddle is just what they need to come down comfortably off the pegs. And the 360 degree rotor means they can learn pro tricks like tail whips and bar spins without tangling up their brake cables. The finishing touch that sets this bike apart - mag wheels! - Agree that you are solely responsible and liable for any violation of laws, rules, regulations, and/or ordinances while riding the vehicle.
- Agree that you are solely responsible and liable for any and all consequences, claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, penalties, legal fees and judgements of any kind, whether foreseeable or not and whether known or unknown, arising from your actions while riding any vehicle bought from iScoot.
- Acknowledge that you must wear an approved helmet meeting the relevant Australian standard at all times while riding, whether required by law or not.
- Acknowledge that accidents, personal injury, death and other harm can occur when operating a personal electric vehicle, including from falls, collisions, hidden obstacles, varying terrain and aggravation of existing health conditions.
- Acknowledge that you have been warned of these possibilities and assume all risk relating to operation of the vehicle. This provision constitutes a "risk warning" for the purposes of any applicable law and may operate to exclude or limit any rights you might otherwise have against iScoot.

I will have my vehicle serviced regularly, especially at 3, 6 and 12 months. Failure to follow a service plan may void supplier warranties.
I will familiarise myself with current state and territory laws regarding personal electric vehicles, and will not hold iScoot Australia responsible for any infringements or breaches of traffic and road laws.
