How many riding modes does the KickScooter have?

There are 3 modes: Sports mode, Normal mode and Eco mode (speed limited) Sports mode: red “S” icon (high power/speed but lower endurance) Normal mode: white “S” icon (mid power/speed/endurance) Eco mode: No “S” icon (low power/speed but higher endurance), suitable for beginners

How to cancel the speed limit mode?

If there is an “S” on the dashboard simply double click the power button to change speed mode.

How do I operate the folded switch position?

Open the folded switch: step on the foot mat, hold the handle and push forward hardly until you hear the “snap”, that means the folded switch has been locked. Close folded switch: hold the handle and push backwards, step on the folded switch hardly at the same time then pull up the stem.

How to reset the Bluetooth Password?

Press the electric brake and electric throttle to the bottom and press the power bottom at the same time then turn off the unit. When you turn it on again the password will be reset.

Where can I download the Ninebot APP and what are the requirements?

The Ninebot application is available for Android (requires Android 4.3 or later) and Apple smartphones (Requires iOS 8.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch): Ninebot App can be downloaded for free from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
