Deposit-Based

Pay a refundable deposit to receive your trade-in credit instantly. Use it to purchase a new scooter, then send your old one. Once we verify its condition, we’ll refund your deposit.

Direct Shipment or Drop Off

First, send your scooter to us. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a gift card for the trade-in value, which you can use toward your next scooter.

Elegibility Requirements

We accept scooters in all conditions! Whether your scooter is like new or has some wear and tear, we’ll still offer a trade-in value based on its condition.

✔ The scooter must be complete, with no missing essential parts.
✔ It should turn on, or at least be repairable.
✔ The battery should be included, even if not fully functional.
✔ No severe water damage or structural cracks.
