Failure to properly charge, store, or use your battery may void the warranty and create a hazardous situation.
Your battery should always be stored at room temperature. Excessive heat can permanently affect or damage the battery. Exposure to high temperatures, such as being left in a hot car or environment, may impact battery performance.
Cold temperatures can affect battery life and power output. Riders in low temperatures may experience reduced range, top speed, and acceleration. Exposing the battery to extremely low temperatures for extended periods may cause permanent damage. If the battery will not be used for a prolonged period (3 MONTHS OR MORE), it should be stored at 40-50% charge. Leaving a battery fully charged or near depleted for an extended time can result in permanent capacity loss or failure. Never leave the e-scooter plugged into the charger for extended periods.
We recommend charging e-scooter batteries under adult supervision and never leaving them charging overnight.
Any aftermarket modifications to your e-scooter that are not expressly approved by iScoot may void the warranty and create an unsafe riding experience.
Parental supervision is required at all times for riders under the age of 18.
