I understand that all E-Moto products are for use on private property ONLY, and in purchasing take full responsibility of using these products within the confines of my state's law.

Failing to comply with the state laws in which I reside could result in, but are not limited to, fines, prosecution resulting in a criminal record, prison sentence, death and other liabilities such as injuries to others. As these are an unregistrable, uninsured vehicle, your state's laws will outline the use of these vehicles.

  • It is the owner's and rider's responsibility to familiarise and practice using the product and all of its features.
  • It is the rider's responsibility to ensure proper protective equipment, including a helmet, is worn and inspected regularly for any wear or defects. Failure to wear a helmet when riding may result in serious injury or death in the event of an accident.

  • Off-road riding requires close attention and specific skills and presents variable conditions and hazards which accompany the conditions. Wear appropriate safety gear and do not ride alone in remote areas.
  • Bicycles and bicycle parts have strength and integrity limitations and extreme riding should not be performed or you risk damaging the components or becoming seriously injured.
  • After any incident, accident or occurrence you must consider your bike unsafe to ride until an inspection is made according to the safety check provided in the user manual. Consult with a professional mechanic for a comprehensive inspection.
  • Failure to properly charge, store, or use your battery will void the warranty and may cause a hazardous situation.
