Shipping Policy
Our Shipping Policy covers up to $99 in shipping costs for orders over $129. If the shipping cost exceeds the given credit, customers will need to pay the difference.
Our website offers shipping with multiple couriers and provides the most cost-effective alternative. At the same time, the website automatically applies the shipping credit if your order qualifies.
If our website is not able to quote your order, a manual quote from our team is required. In this case, the website will mention that the shipping quote is required. You can complete the order or contact us to get a quote.

- $129–$199: $20 credit
- $200–$299: $30 credit
- $300–$399: $40 credit
- $400–$499: $50 credit
- Over $500: $99 credit
Shipping Credit Exclusions
- Clearance or heavily discounted items are subject to a set shipping fee based on the region and don’t qualify for a shipping credit.
- The flat fee covers most metro areas in QLD, NSW, VIC, and SA.
- Additional costs may apply for regional areas, WA, NT, and Tasmania.
- If the flat fee does not fully cover the shipping cost, we will notify you and give you the option to pay the difference or cancel your order for a full refund.
Batteries
Batteries are classified as Dangerous Goods and do not qualify for Free Shipping. A custom shipping quote will be provided after your order is placed.
Price-matched orders
We do our best to get you the lowest price through price matching when possible. Since these are handled on a case-by-case basis, shipping credits may not always apply.

Local Pick-up is available for in-stock items at your chosen store. The pick-up timeframe is 24-48 hours after order confirmation.
Once your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive an email confirmation.
How to collect:
- Bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID to the store.
- Collection must be done in person. If you want to authorise a friend or family member, they’ll need to bring their ID, a copy of your ID, and the order number.
- Let us know by phone or email if someone else will be collecting your order.
Note: Click & Collect excludes bulky items and physical gift cards. Some products do not qualify. Collection timeframes may vary.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. A 48-hour delay might apply due to order security checks.
Can my order be modified or cancelled after it has been dispatched?
iScoot is not able to modify or cancel the order after it has been dispatched. You can return it at your own expense. See our Returns Policy for more.
Am I eligible for compensation if my order is delayed?
iScoot does not provide refunds or compensation for delays or undelivered orders. This applies if:
- The recipient is not present at the time of delivery
- A nominated third party is unavailable
- The delivery address is changed after placing the order
- The customer requests rescheduling
- The courier experiences delays post-dispatch
My order was cancelled, what can I do?
Orders flagged as high risk may be automatically cancelled. If this was an error, please contact us. You may be asked to provide ID or proof of payment. We may also ask for secure payment methods like PayPal, Afterpay, or direct deposit.
