Elegibility Requirements
We accept scooters in all conditions! Whether your scooter/ebike is like new or has some wear and tear, we’ll still offer a trade-in value based on its condition.
- ✔ The scooter must be complete, with no missing essential parts.
- ✔ It should turn on, or at least be repairable.
- ✔ The battery should be included, even if not fully functional.
- ✔ No severe water damage or structural cracks.
*The e-scooter or e-Bike you trade in must be in working condition, complete with its charger, and must be a brand that iScoot sells.
*Trade-in value may vary depending on the condition of the e-scooter or e-bike.
*iScoot reserves the right to refuse trade-ins that do not meet the required conditions.
